We didn't do a Valentine's countdown per se, but each day in their mailbox, the kids would wake up and find a special note + a small present, treat, or activity that we would do that day.
We played Valentine BINGO, heart attacked our house, played a game, and decorated cookies for the activities.

These guys didn't decorate cookies at Christmas-time, and the "Mom guilt" got to me, so I made sure there were cookies to decorate this holiday. These guys all had a fun time and used a lot of sprinkles!
