The Way To Adam's Heart

Tonight, I made Chipotle Cashew Chicken for dinner. It's really yummy. While we were eating, Adam and I had this conversation:

Adam: Who made this mom?
Me: I did.
Adam: I mean, who made up the recipe? Where did you get it from?
Me: I got it from the Internet from a cook called Rachael Ray.
{pause}
Adam: I LOVE Rachael Ray! She sure can cook!

I know how to get to his heart now...

that looks so YUMMY. I was going to ask you how do you put the links in the text?

Highlight the words you want to link, and then click on the gray/green button that looks like a chain linked together (between the button that changes the color of the text and the one that aligns it to the left). Hope that makes sense!

Hey, that looks soooo good. Was it spicy? (As Adam used to say.) He and I have about the same heat tolerance.

I normally use 2 peppers (like the recipes says), and the kids have no complaints. This time I used 3, and Adam said it was a little spicy. So, if you stick to the 2 you should be fine.

The changes I make are: cooking the onions for a longer time first before I add the red pepper and garlic to sweeten them up (though I guess Dad can't eat those anyways), and I drizzle a little honey right on top of the kids' plates, to balance out the spiciness.

Sorry, I should be more specific: The peppers I referred to are the chipotles, not the red bell peppers.

Thank you sooo much for all the help!! I try to make stuff, and then it burns my mouth off, and I end up eating animal cookies and salad! I am going to try this!!
